There are many issues to pay attention to when installing high-voltage switchgear. 1. Check the assembly of the switchgear body, 2. Check the installation of components inside the switchgear cabinet, 3. Check the secondary wiring inside the switchgear cabinet, 4. Check the installation of the switchgear mechanism, 5. Check the production and installation of busbars inside the switchgear cabinet, and 6. Check the cabinet accessories.

During installation, the high-voltage switchgear should be arranged according to the construction drawings and placed one by one on the foundation steel in sequence. Different forms of cabinets may have differences during installation. 1. The sleeve box should be embedded during installation, and the panel should be level with the wall after installation; 2. When installing wall mounted and distribution cabinets, expansion bolts can be used to fix them to the wall, but hollow brick or block walls should be pre embedded with dovetail bolts or fixed with split bolts. Remember to use bolts to fasten the distribution cabinet body to the foundation steel.
